Directed & produced by Anil Goyal, animation film CRACKERS is now scheduled to release on June 24, 2011. CRACKERS is India’s one of the first 3 – D full length animation feature film with 4D Technology. This project is under the banner of R T M Banner.
The Story of CRACKERS is about today’s youth and how they can fight the evil in life. Director Anil Goyal has tried to create a role model from amongst the zealous youngsters of today, the generation X, that can and should stand up to the menace of evil. The strength to fight it is within us and we are the heroes of society.
The film revolves around four characters – Angry Young Man Roxy, Gopu and Sexy Kate along with comic character of Bolly to create the fun in the movie.
Story & dialogues are by Priyank Dubey, music is by Dilip Sen & lyrics by Sudhakar Sharma. Songs are rendered by singers like Shaan, Shreya Goshal, Hariharan, Pamela Jain, Raja Hasan, Jolly Mukherjee etc.
The USP of the movie is its great music and never seen before action sequences in history of Indian Cinema with 4D effects.
Setting for SHAITAN cast: ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’

SHAITAN has released and other than Kalki and Kirti (who was first seen in KHICHDI – THE MOVIE), the film sees the coming together of quite a few youngsters including Shiv Pandit (who made his debut with AAGEY SE RIGHT), Neil Bhoopalam (who had enacted the part of Shayan Munshi in NO ONE KILLED JESSICA) and Gulshan Devaiya (who made his mark as a drug peddler named Ricky in DUM MAARO DUM) with Rajeev Khandelwal playing a cop.
“The best part about the film is all us youngsters are pretty much equals here. This is an ensemble affair which is sans any binding of hero or heroine mandate,” says Kalki who was last seen in another ensemble affair THE FILM EMOTIONAL ATYACHAR, “Also, majority of us knew each other from the past due to our stint in theatre. I have done the play HAMLET with Neil. With Gulshan I have already worked with in my film THAT GIRL IN YELLOW BOOTS. Then with Kirti too I have done a play before.”
All of this ensured that it was pretty much a ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’ setting for the cast of SHAITAN as they could indulge in lot of ‘masti’ and ‘mazaa’ both on as well as off the screen due to their past acquaintance.
